Dr. Kabba is an educator, writer, researcher, and strategist with 20 years of experience. She has used educational research to design learning frameworks that drive social impact, foster community, and promote learning mindsets and practices within companies and organizations.

With a background in education and tech, Zainab has managed children’s media projects across the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa, developed leadership programmes for higher education institutions and created portfolios of public digital learning programmes. Her training as an ethnographer fosters deep insight and brings forth knowledge from everyday phenomena to enliven her personal encounters and professional work.

She is the Founder and CEO of Quotidian Strategies, a boutique consultancy firm that provides a range of qualitative research services and strategic advising to clients in public, private, and non-profit sectors that seek to innovate and create positive impact by leveraging insights from research and lived experience.

She holds a BS in Information Systems from Stony Brook University, an MA in Computing in Education from Columbia University and a DPhil in Education from the University of Oxford, UK.
